Feras has been a Chartered Financial Analyst designation holder since 2017 and held positions in Treasury and Enterprise Risk Management in the corporate sphere. Having left the corporate life, Feras is now an entrepreneur, taking on the challenges that all businesses face in starting up, growing, and stabilizing. In 2015, Feras co-founded Boardgame Space—the leading distributor of tabletop games in the Middle East—and manages its financial and operational side.

A writing professor for 25 years at American universities in the United States, Morocco, and most recently, the UAE, Lynne spent the last 15 years at the American University of Sharjah. Lynne has a host of publications on writing instruction and years of experience teaching academic writing, research skills, professional writing and communication, as well as training undergraduate writing tutors.

In her capacity as writing consultant and instructor at DEFT & LEED, Lynne focuses on professional and goal-based writing training and support.

For 15 years, Wasay has provided visualization services to architects and interior designers in Dubai – as a Team Lead who helped set up a boutique rendering firm, as a freelancer with Dubai Media City, and since 2014 as Founder and Lead Artist of AWA Design – an architectural visualization firm providing high-end rendering services to interior designers and architects.
